My experience at the hotel had its highlights and a few drawbacks. The location offered a nice blend of seclusion while still being a short walk to the amenities at the Esplanade. The rooms themselves were modern and overall impressive, but I found the coffee machine outdated and the blinds inadequate, letting too much light in at night. The service was exceptionally helpful, particularly from Chad and Nick, which added to the stay. The value for money felt pretty decent, but I wouldn't say it was top-notch.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were amazing and very modern, but the old coffee machine was disappointing, and the blinds didn't do a great job at blocking light from the outside.
Service
9.0
The service was a real standout, with Chad and Nick going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed.
Location
7.0
The hotel is somewhat further from the Esplanade strip, making it feel secluded yet only a short 250-meter walk to vibrant restaurants and activities.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience had plenty of variety, and while it was fine, I think having an outdoor seating option would have enhanced it significantly.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall but were starting to show a bit of wear and tear, which was mildly disappointing.

I had a decent stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were spacious and great for families, making breakfast easy with self-catering options, thanks to Natalie who was so accommodating during our visit. However, I found the room itself a bit outdated for the price I paid, which was disappointing. The location is quite good as it's just a short walk to the Main Street, with plenty of amenities nearby.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and great for families, but they felt a bit outdated considering the price.
Service
7.0
The service was overall friendly and helpful, but I felt let down when they refused to apply a discount on room service even though we couldn't secure a restaurant booking.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short 250-metre walk to the Esplanade, which is packed with restaurants and activities.
Dining

I had to go to the cafe in town for meals, which was a bit inconvenient, but the dishes I had were delicious.
Facilities

My stay at this resort was quite the mixed bag. The convenience of the location made it easy to explore, but the noise from a nearby plant room was quite bothersome at night. The rooms were generally clean, but I expected a bit more comfort given the price I paid. On the positive side, the service was outstanding, especially from the Food and Beverage Manager. Overall, it has its strengths, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were very clean and well presented, but given the price, I felt they should be more comfortable. I had some issues with noise coming from the plant room next door, and the lack of insulation made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Service
9.0
I couldn't have asked for better service! The staff, particularly Fabrizio, were not only friendly but also very accommodating. They made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay, which was truly heartwarming.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic, especially being so close to great restaurants and the beach. It made exploring the area effortless, but the surroundings could have been tidier as I noticed some littering during the busy Easter long weekend.
Dining
5.0
The dining was a bit of a disappointment; while the food was nice, I was let down by a limited breakfast selection and a cold scone that seemed a little lackluster given what I spent.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I enjoyed the pool area, but it could have used a little sprucing up to feel more inviting.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The spacious rooms with great views are a huge plus, and the common areas looked nice. However, the maintenance work happening in my room made it a bit uncomfortable, and I felt the cleanliness could be improved. The service was commendable with hardworking staff, yet the dining options could use some enhancement. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its hiccups.
Rooms

I had a lovely stay at the resort with its fantastic and spacious Rooftop Suite that provided great comfort without being too close to the pool. The service was friendly and attentive overall, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I found the dining options a little lacking, especially for breakfast. The location is amazing, right by the beach, making it easy to relax by the water.
Rooms

The Rooftop Suite was huge and very comfortable, perfectly situated near the pool but not too close during the busy school holidays.
Service

Most of the staff were very friendly and looked after me well, although some areas like the pool bar felt a bit lacking in enthusiasm.
Location

Being right on the beach was incredible, and I appreciated that it was a short walk to the village while still being quiet.
Dining

While I enjoyed some meals, the breakfast selection could've been broader to better match my expectations.
Facilities

The amenities were impressive, with well-maintained common areas, although there could be more offerings to enhance the experience.
